SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped from our facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

The following shipping rates and delivery estimates apply:

Canada — Western and Central (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario): a flat rate of $9.95 CAD applies. Orders totaling $120 CAD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days following dispatch.

Canada — Eastern and Northern (Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): a flat rate of $16.95 CAD applies. Orders totaling $120 CAD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days following dispatch.

United States: a flat rate of $14.75 CAD applies. Orders totaling $120 CAD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days following dispatch.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional duties, taxes, or fees will be due upon delivery.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at sifaraskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographic evidence, and we will arrange a remedy.
