REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For reasons of hygiene and public health, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sifaraskincare@gmail.com with your order number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped, in which case we shall bear the return shipping cost.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
